Our experience

Since 1998 we have delivered high level lead generation campaigns to a wide number of sectors.  Our focus is primarily with technology centric businesses, with expertise across a range of software and hardware solutions including ERP, BI, CRM, BPM, security, storage, networking, VOIP and unified communications.  More recently our expertise has extended into the automotive sector and providing support and sales services for events and conferences.

Our success is based on using our ability to have intelligent conversations and engage with your market about your solution.  Our focus is finding and speaking to key prospects that will benefit from your solution the most.

However, we are finding that differing services are required in order to generate a successful sales pipeline.  Working closely with our clients we look to understand how best to reach their prospects creating a strategy that suits their needs.  The majority of the time we find calling is the most successful channel, but every so often alternative channels and collateral are required which we can offer.


How we work

We don't describe ourselves as a call centre.  Our teams dial their own calls and sit in an open plan office - they are continuously trained and as we are IT sector specialists, they have a depth of knowledge that leads to intelligent conversations even when the prospect goes outside of the area of the call.

We're also not a typical call centre as we don't charge by appointment - we charge a day rate.
